| A: | We offer preschooler open play for children 18 months-5 years. Thurs. 10:00-12:30. Space is limitted so come early. |

| Q: | How early can I show up for a party? |
| A: | The recommended time to arrive prior to your party is 10-15 minutes early. |

| Q: | Can we decorate the party room? |
| A: | You can decorate the party room as long as you do not stick or pin anything on the wall. We ask that you not bring silly string. |

| Q: | Can we have our cake and ice cream then jump? |
| A: | It has been our experience that full bellies do not make good jumpers. We ask that you jump before eating. |

| Q: | Can we bring in food for our guests? |
| A: | You can bring in cake. Drinks are provided in the party package. Soft drinks and water are sold as well. |

| Q: | Do siblings count as guests? |
| A: | Yes |

| Q: | Can we extend our time in the inflatable room? |
| A: | We have to maintain a schedule. Parties will follow the timeline already mentioned. |

| Q: | Can we tip our attendant? |
| A: | If you feel your attendant has done a good job serving you, you are welcome to tip your attendant. |

| Q: | What are the age limits? |
| A: | Children ranging in age from 2-99 can play in the inflatable room. We have Toddler Jungle specifically for younger children. If you wish to have a birthday for a young child, we encourage you to schedule it at a time when he/she would not have to compete with older children. We will do our best to help accommodate. |

| Q: | My child has special needs, can he/she have his/her party at Kid City Inflatable Party Zone? |
| A: | Absolutely. We wish for all children to enjoy the Kid City experience. We will make certain accommodations when necessary. |
